Welcome to Tredici the areas only traditional Italian pizzeria using a real handmade Italian wood fired pizza oven, Stefano Ferrara Forni.

Tredici is Italian for thirteen.

WE BELIEVE FOUR THINGS MAKE THE PERFECT NEAPOLITAN PIZZA

1 Simplicity. It doesn’t get any simpler than that, simple Italian influenced toppings not too much cheese and plenty of flavour….the Napoli way!

2 Top Quality Ingredients. The double zero flour, sea salt & tomatoes we use are sourced directly from Italy to give our pizzas an authentic Italian taste whilst our Mozzarella, Ricotta & Butter are made fresh in the UK. All our vegetables & meats are bought fresh from local suppliers & are seasonal therefore you might notice a few changes to our menu throughout the year.

3 The Right Oven. In that regard nothing is better than a handmade, traditional, Neapolitan wood fired pizza oven heated by locally sourced sustainable wood.

4 A lot of Passion. We’re lucky to have a genuinely amazing team who bring passion in abundance to everything we do, our Pizzaioli (pizza chefs) have been trained by an Italian World Champion Pizzaiolo to instil that passion further.

					  We had a few Tredici pizzas during lockdown and they was very nice but went today and dined in, even better fresh out the oven! Best pizza round Grimsby.

					  I visited this restaurant with my partner and son and daughter in law. The service and ambiance were excellent and the pizzas were delicious. They are made in a traditional... read more Italian wood fired pizza oven on sour dough- this is only place in the area to do this. We all has something different and everyone was delighted with what they ordered.

There was more than enough food - in fact we couldn't even finish it all. Would definitely recommend and will be back very soon. Well done Marie and Simon. A unique and fantastic business.

All our dough is made on site daily with 100% sourdough, no yeast, and using the finest grade ‘00’ flour and then long prooved at a controlled temperature for a minimum of 48 hours.
