"I like singing in TREDICI because of the
combination of professionalism and enthusiasm,
the former setting high standards and the latter
making them achievable in a friendly atmosphere."
Gavin (Tenor)

TREDICI exists to perform some of the greatest sacred music ever written to the highest possible standard.

Our existing membership of around 30 singers rehearses at the beautiful church of St Giles-in-the-Fields which is a short walk from Centre Point. The nearest tube station is Tottenham Court Road although Covent Garden is not far away.

We relish the challenge of contemporary music as well as repertoire from the English, Spanish and Italian Renaissance.

We normally perform three free lunchtime concerts a year as well as a lunchtime carol service each December for the Leprosy Mission.

Our principal concert venue is St Giles in the Fields but we also perform regularly at St George's Bloomsbury.

In July 2011 we sang for the first time in Handel's recently-restored church at St George's Hanover Square in Mayfair. In March 2012 we have been invited to take part in the Brandenburg Spring Choral Festival and we will perform at The Queen's Chapel of the Savoy.

Our normal weekly rehearsals take place in St Giles every Monday lunchtime betweeen 1.00pm and 2.00pm and, because they only last for an hour, singers are either expected to be competent sight-readers or willing to work on their own to learn some of the notes.

Entry is normally by invitation but singers may contact me at any time with a view to auditioning. Membership is £20 a term.

If you would like to join TREDICI please email me at rhetredici@gmail.com with your name, contact details and a brief history of your singing experience.

I look forward to hearing from you.

"TREDICI sings such gorgeous music - from Byrd
to Whitacre - in a group where every voice counts.
Our brief rehearsals are always too short for me -
I always want to go on singing."
Celia (Alto)
